Some Christian artists surprise their fans with a praise & worship release while others demand it. Such was the motivation for Offerings: A Worship Album from Southern-influenced rockers Third Day.

Offerings includes five new studio recordings and six live concert cuts that keep the project honest. Fan favorites include: "Agnus Dei" and "My Hope Is You," both former No. 1 singles, as well as "Your Love Oh Lord," off Third Day’s critically acclaimed album, Time. And lead singer Mac Powell positions himself from the start not only as a gifted singer but a passionate worship leader throughout, but the power of this project is the synergy of a gifted band. Bassist Tai Anderson, guitarists Mark Lee and Brad Avery and drummer David Carr do a masterful job.
